Skin Envy Dermatology is a Nurse Practitioner owned practice where we desire to provide our patient's with quality healthcare. Our team will strive to provide each patient with quality time and outstanding customer service. We are excited to provide dermatology and cosmetic care to Fremont and the surrounding communities.
Nurse Practitioner and Owner
Deb Baker DNP, FNP-BC
Deb Baker is a Licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who started her degree with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Midland University. She then worked during her graduate schooling at Methodist Fremont Health working as a cardiac and ICU nurse as well as a pediatric nurse. She then continued her education at Creighton University receiving a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and holds a national certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Since graduation she has worked in the fields of Dermatology, Urgent care, and Emergency medicine. Dermatology has always been her main interest. Deb is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association.
Deb is married to Adam Baker. They have three children Lauren, Rebecca, and Gavin. Their children keep her busy in her spare time as they are very active in sporting events. She loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
Nurse Practitioner
Brittany Burbach MSN, FNP-C
Brittany is a licensed and certified nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Midland Lutheran College in 2008. She spent five years at the bedside as an RN in various specialties including cardiac, Intensive Care Unit, MedSurg, and PACU. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College in 2016 and holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has practiced in the areas of family and internal medicine, urgent care, and acute care.
Brittany and her husband have three daughters. She loves coffee and chocolate and enjoys golfing, being outdoors, Huskers sports, and spending time with her family.

Jeri Holt CMA
Jeri Holt is a licensed and certified medical assistant who received her degree through the Omaha College of Health Careers. In her medical career she has worked in Family Care, Orthopedics, and Dermatology.
Jeri is married to Chris Holt and they have two children Keisean and Danica. They keep busy in their free time with camping and boating.

Dani Mescher BSN, RN
Dani Mescher is a licensed Bachelor prepared Registered Nurse. She received her degree from Purdue University Global in Lincoln, NE. She has experience in Dermatology and Surgical nursing.
